Roper Technologies reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 24, 2020.
In 2019, four executives at Roper Technologies received on average a compensation package of $8.6M, a 36% decrease compared to previous year.
L. Neil Hunn, Chief Executive Officer, received $19M in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2018. 65% of Hunn's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Hunn also received $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.4M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $252K in other compensation.
Robert C. Crisci, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $6.8M, which increased by 10% compared to previous year. 56% of the compensation package, or $3.8M, was in stock awards.
John K. Stipancich, General Counsel, earned $4.8M in 2019, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Jason Conley, Vice President, Controller, received $4.2M in 2019.
