Ross Stores reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on April 8, 2014.
In 2011, five executives at Ross Stores received on average a compensation package of $5.1M, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Balmuth, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2010. 71% of Balmuth's compensation, or $8.5M, was in stock awards. Balmuth also received $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $100K in other compensation.

John G. Call, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.5M in 2011, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Ross Stores' fiscal year ends on January 29.
