Royal Gold CEO Tony Jensen's 2018 pay rises 19% to $3.9M

Royal Gold reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 1, 2018.
In 2018, five Royal Gold executives received on average a compensation package of $2.1M, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Tony Jensen, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.9M in total, which increased by 19% compared to 2017. 40% of Jensen's compensation, or $1.6M, was in stock awards. Jensen also received $750K in non-equity incentive plan, $821K in option awards, $750K in salary, as well as $33K in other compensation.
Stefan Wenger, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which increased by 17% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $822K, was in other compensation.
William Heissenbuttel, Vice President Corporate Development, earned $1.7M in 2018, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Mark Isto, VP Operations, received $1.5M in 2018, which increases by 16% compared to 2017.
Bruce C. Kirchhoff, General Counsel, earned $1.4M in 2018, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Royal Gold's fiscal year ends on June 30.
