Royal Gold reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on October 7, 2019.
In 2019, five Royal Gold executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Tony Jensen, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.9M in total, which decreased by 1% compared to 2018. 36% of Jensen's compensation, or $1.4M, was in stock awards. Jensen also received $900K in non-equity incentive plan, $733K in option awards, $800K in salary, as well as $34K in other compensation.
William Heissenbuttel, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which increased by 3% compared to previous year. 30% of the compensation package, or $539K, was in stock awards.
Mark Isto, VP Operations Royal Gold Corporation, earned $1.5M in 2019, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Bruce C. Kirchhoff, General Counsel, received $1.4M in 2019, which decreases by 1% compared to 2018.
Dan Breeze, Vice President Corporate Development RGLD Gold AG, earned $832K in 2019.
Royal Gold's fiscal year ends on June 30.
