RPM International reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on August 26, 2020.
In 2020, five executives at RPM International received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Frank C. Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.2M in total, which increased by 9% compared to 2019. 42% of Sullivan's compensation, or $3.9M, was in stock awards. Sullivan also received $171K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.9M in option awards, $970K in salary, as well as $192K in other compensation.
Russell L. Gordon, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.5M, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in stock awards.
Edward W. Moore, General Counsel, earned $2.2M in 2020.
Janeen B. Kastner, Vice President -Corporate Benefits and Risk Management, received $2.2M in 2020, which increases by 13% compared to 2019.
Michael H. Sullivan, Vice President - Operations and Chief Restructuring Officer, earned $1.8M in 2020.
RPM International's fiscal year ends on May 31.
