RPM International reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on August 24, 2022.
In 2022, five executives at RPM International received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.
Frank C. Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.1M in total, which decreased by 24% compared to 2021. 40% of Sullivan's compensation, or $3.6M, was in option awards. Sullivan also received $995K in non-equity incentive plan, $995K in salary, $3.2M in stock awards, as well as $226K in other compensation.
Russell L. Gordon, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.2M, which decreased by 29% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $808K, was in stock awards.
Edward W. Moore, General Counsel, earned $1.9M in 2022.
Janeen B. Kastner, Vice President - Corporate Benefits and Risk Management, received $1.9M in 2022, which decreases by 30% compared to 2021.
Timothy R. Kinser, Vice President - Operations, earned $1.4M in 2022, a 19% decrease compared to previous year.
RPM International's fiscal year ends on May 31.
