Rubicon Technologies reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on May 1, 2023.
In 2022, four executives at Rubicon Technologies received on average a compensation package of $13M, a 1,278% increase compared to previous year.
Nate Morris, Chief Executive Officer, received $41M in total, which increased by 3,649% compared to 2021. 49% of Morris' compensation, or $20M, was in bonus. Morris also received $810K in salary, $17M in stock awards, as well as $3.6M in other compensation.
Philip Rodoni, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $5.5M, which increased by 509% compared to previous year. 55% of the compensation package, or $3M, was in stock awards.
