Rumble reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 28, 2023.
In 2022, three Rumble executives received on average a compensation package of $5.9M, a 718% increase compared to previous year.
Chris Pavlovski, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 4,216% compared to 2021. 84% of Pavlovski's compensation, or $14M, was in stock awards. Pavlovski also received $1.3M in bonus, $871K in option awards, $429K in salary, as well as $8.4K in other compensation.
Tyler Hughes, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $942K, which increased by 35% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $451K, was in salary.
Michael Ellis, General Counsel, earned $778K in 2022, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
