RxSight reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 21, 2022.
In 2021, four RxSight executives received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 200% increase compared to previous year.
Ron Kurtz, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.8M in total, which increased by 552% compared to 2020. 82% of Kurtz's compensation, or $4M, was in option awards. Kurtz also received $375K in bonus, $445K in salary, as well as $31K in other compensation.
Ilya Goldshleger, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.3M, which increased by 52% compared to previous year. 76% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in option awards.
Shelley Thunen, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.3M in 2021, a 230% increase compared to previous year.
Eric Weinberg, Chief Commercial Officer, received $2.3M in 2021, which increases by 144% compared to 2020.
