Sabre reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 8, 2019.
In 2018, six Sabre executives received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Sean Menke, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 56% compared to 2017. 65% of Menke's compensation, or $7M, was in stock awards. Menke also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.4M in option awards, $943K in salary, as well as $14K in other compensation.
Douglas Barnett, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.3M. 68% of the compensation package, or $3.6M, was in stock awards.
David Shirk, Executive Vice President, Sabre and President, Travel Solutions, earned $5.2M in 2018, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Wade Jones, Executive Vice President Sabre and President, Travel Network, received $3.5M in 2018.
Clinton Anderson, Executive Vice President, Sabre and President, Hospitality Solutions, earned $3M in 2018.
Richard Simonson, Chief Financial Officer, received $902K in 2018, which decreases by 77% compared to 2017.
