Sabre reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 18, 2020.
In 2019, five Sabre executives received on average a compensation package of $4.2M, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Sean Menke, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.8M in total, which decreased by 18% compared to 2018. 66% of Menke's compensation, or $5.8M, was in stock awards. Menke also received $798K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in option awards, $966K in salary, as well as $21K in other compensation.
