Sabre reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 17, 2022.
In 2021, five Sabre executives received on average a compensation package of $8.4M, a 81% increase compared to previous year.
Sean Menke, Chief Executive Officer, received $20M in total, which increased by 88% compared to 2020. 88% of Menke's compensation, or $17M, was in stock awards. Menke also received $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $994K in salary, as well as $24K in other compensation.
