salesforce.com reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 25, 2019.
In 2019, six executives at salesforce.com received on average a compensation package of $15M, a 528% increase compared to previous year.
Marc Benioff, Chief Executive Officer, received $28M in total, which increased by 510% compared to 2018. 48% of Benioff's compensation, or $14M, was in stock awards. Benioff also received $3.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $9M in option awards, $1.6M in salary, as well as $1.2M in other compensation.
Keith Block, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $17M, which increased by 622% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $6.5M, was in stock awards.
Srinivas Tallapragada, President, Technology, earned $12M in 2019.
Parker Harris, Chief Technology Officer, received $12M in 2019, which increases by 566% compared to 2018.
Bret Taylor, President, Chief Product Officer, earned $12M in 2019.
Mark Hawkins, Chief Financial Officer, received $9.8M in 2019, which increases by 549% compared to 2018.
