salesforce.com reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on May 1, 2020.
In 2020, six executives at salesforce.com received on average a compensation package of $16M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Marc Benioff, Chief Executive Officer, received $26M in total, which decreased by 9% compared to 2019. 46% of Benioff's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Benioff also received $3.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $8M in option awards, $1.6M in salary, as well as $1.3M in other compensation.
Keith Block, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $19M, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $9M, was in stock awards.
Parker Harris, Chief Technology Officer, earned $13M in 2020, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Mark Hawkins, Chief Financial Officer, received $12M in 2020, which increases by 23% compared to 2019.
Bret Taylor, Chief Operating Officer, earned $12M in 2020, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Srinivas Tallapragada, President and Chief Engineering Officer, received $12M in 2020, which decreases by 4% compared to 2019.
