salesforce.com reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 28, 2022.
In 2022, six executives at salesforce.com received on average a compensation package of $18M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Marc Benioff, Chief Executive Officer, received $29M in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2021. 47% of Benioff's compensation, or $14M, was in stock awards. Benioff also received $3.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $9M in option awards, $1.6M in salary, as well as $1.5M in other compensation.
Bret Taylor, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $23M, which increased by 64% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $11M, was in stock awards.
Gavin Patterson, President and Chief Revenue Officer, earned $14M in 2022, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Amy Weaver, Chief Financial Officer, received $14M in 2022.
Srinivas Tallapragada, President and Chief Engineering Officer, earned $14M in 2022, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Parker Harris, Chief Technology Officer, received $14M in 2022, which increases by 8% compared to 2021.
