SandRidge Energy reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 28, 2022.
In 2021, three executives at SandRidge Energy received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 43% increase compared to previous year.
Grayson Pranin, Chief Executive Officer, received $3M in total. 49% of Pranin's compensation, or $1.5M, was in option awards. Pranin also received $154K in non-equity incentive plan, $296K in salary, $1.1M in stock awards, as well as $20K in other compensation.
Salah Gamoudi, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $621K, which decreased by 26% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $294K, was in salary.
Carl F. Giesler, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, earned $235K in 2021, a 81% decrease compared to previous year.
