Sanmina reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on January 27, 2022.
In 2021, four Sanmina executives received on average a compensation package of $5.1M, a 44% increase compared to previous year.
Jure Sola, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 143% compared to 2020. 71% of Sola's compensation, or $10M, was in stock awards. Sola also received $3.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $42K in other compensation.
