Sanmina reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on January 27, 2023.
In 2022, four Sanmina executives received on average a compensation package of $5.4M, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Jure Sola, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2021. 71% of Sola's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Sola also received $3.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $42K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2022, the median employee pay was $12,629 at Sanmina. Therefore, the ratio of Jure Sola's pay to the median employee pay was 1,327 to one.
Kurt Adzema, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.9M, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 62% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in stock awards.
Alan McW. Reid, Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources, earned $1.9M in 2022, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Dennis R. Young, Former Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales, received $107K in 2022, which decreases by 89% compared to 2021.
