Saul Centers reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on March 21, 2008.
In 2007, five executives at Saul Centers received on average a compensation package of $482K, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
B. Francis Saul III, President, received $807K in total, which increased by 19% compared to 2006. 57% of Saul's compensation, or $463K, was in salary. Saul also received $96K in bonus, $25K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $130K in option awards, as well as $94K in other compensation.

B. Francis Saul II, Chief Executive Officer, earned $245K in 2007, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
