SeaChange International reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on May 24, 2019.
In 2019, four executives at SeaChange International received on average a compensation package of $647K, a 26% decrease compared to previous year.
Edward Terino, Chief Executive Officer, received $778K in total, which decreased by 41% compared to 2018. 60% of Terino's compensation, or $464K, was in salary. Terino also received $155K in option awards and $159K in stock awards.
Marek Kielczewski, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $760K. 35% of the compensation package, or $266K, was in salary.
Peter Faubert, Chief Financial Officer, earned $531K in 2019, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.
David McEvoy, Chief Executive Officer, received $520K in 2019, which decreases by 24% compared to 2018.
SeaChange International's fiscal year ends on January 31.
