Seer reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 28, 2022.
In 2021, four Seer executives received on average a compensation package of $4.6M, a 27% decrease compared to previous year.
Omid Farokhzad, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.4M in total, which decreased by 10% compared to 2020. 55% of Farokhzad's compensation, or $5.2M, was in stock awards. Farokhzad also received $343K in non-equity incentive plan, $3.3M in option awards, $527K in salary, as well as $75K in other compensation.
Omead Ostadan, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $4.6M, which decreased by 31% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in stock awards.
David Horn, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.9M in 2021, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Elona Kogan, General Counsel, received $525K in 2021, which decreases by 86% compared to 2020.
