Seer reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on April 26, 2024.
In 2023, three Seer executives received on average a compensation package of $2.7M, a 36% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Seer
Omid Farokhzad, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.2M in total, which decreased by 23% compared to 2022. 42% of Farokhzad's compensation, or $2.2M, was in option awards. Farokhzad also received $424K in non-equity incentive plan, $596K in salary, $1.8M in stock awards, as well as $162K in other compensation.
David Horn, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.5M, which decreased by 50% compared to previous year. 32% of the compensation package, or $467K, was in option awards.
Elona Kogan, Chief Legal Officer, earned $1.4M in 2023, a 53% decrease compared to previous year.
