SemGroup reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on April 19, 2012.
In 2011, six SemGroup executives received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
Norman J. Szydlowski, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.7M in total, which increased by 135% compared to 2010. 44% of Szydlowski's compensation, or $1.2M, was in stock awards. Szydlowski also received $685K in non-equity incentive plan, $790K in salary, as well as $27K in other compensation.
Peter L. Schwiering, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $950K. 29% of the compensation package, or $276K, was in salary.
Robert N. Fitzgerald, Chief Financial Officer, earned $892K in 2011, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
Candice L. Cheeseman, General Counsel, received $707K in 2011, which decreases by 25% compared to 2010.
Timothy R. O'Sullivan, Vice President Corporate Planning and Strategic, earned $701K in 2011, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Dave B. Gorte, Chief Risk Officer, received $538K in 2011, which increases by 4% compared to 2010.
