SemGroup reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on April 19, 2013.
In 2012, five SemGroup executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Norman J. Szydlowski, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.8M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2011. 42% of Szydlowski's compensation, or $1.2M, was in stock awards. Szydlowski also received $789K in non-equity incentive plan, $790K in salary, as well as $28K in other compensation.
Robert N. Fitzgerald, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which increased by 22% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $390K, was in stock awards.
Candice L. Cheeseman, General Counsel, earned $913K in 2012, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Peter L. Schwiering, Chief Operating Officer, received $863K in 2012, which decreases by 9% compared to 2011.
Timothy R. O'Sullivan, Vice President Corporate Planning and Strategic, earned $796K in 2012, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
