SemGroup reported fiscal year 2014 executive compensation information on April 10, 2015.
In 2014, six SemGroup executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 38% increase compared to previous year.
Carlin G. Conner, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.2M in total. 69% of Conner's compensation, or $5M, was in stock awards. Conner also received $600K in bonus, $1M in non-equity incentive plan, $417K in salary, as well as $185K in other compensation.
Norman J. Szydlowski, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which decreased by 45% compared to previous year. 78% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Robert N. Fitzgerald, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2014, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Candice L. Cheeseman, General Counsel, received $1.2M in 2014, which decreases by 8% compared to 2013.
Peter L. Schwiering, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.2M in 2014, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Timothy R. O'Sullivan, Vice President Corporate Planning and Strategic, received $962K in 2014, which decreases by 7% compared to 2013.
