SenesTech reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on September 12, 2022.
In 2021, four SenesTech executives received on average a compensation package of $268K, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Kenneth Siegel, Chief Executive Officer, received $453K in total, which increased by 21% compared to 2020. 61% of Siegel's compensation, or $275K, was in salary. Siegel also received $50K in bonus, $123K in option awards, as well as $4.9K in other compensation.
Thomas Chesterman, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $279K, which increased by 5% compared to previous year. 90% of the compensation package, or $250K, was in salary.
Steven Krause, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, earned $213K in 2021, a 26% decrease compared to previous year.
Nicole C. Williams, Former Chief Revenue Officer, received $129K in 2021.
