Sensient Technologies reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 5, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Sensient Technologies received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Paul Manning, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.3M in total, which increased by 26% compared to 2019. 49% of Manning's compensation, or $3.6M, was in stock awards. Manning also received $1.4M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $945K in salary, as well as $96K in other compensation.
Stephen J. Rolfs, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.1M, which increased by 27% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in stock awards.
E. Craig Mitchell, President, Flavors Extracts Group, earned $1.6M in 2020, a 43% increase compared to previous year.
Michael C. Geraghty, President, Color Group, received $1.5M in 2020, which increases by 20% compared to 2019.
John J. Manning, General Counsel, earned $1.5M in 2020, a 44% increase compared to previous year.
