SentinelOne reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on May 17, 2022.
In 2022, three executives at SentinelOne received on average a compensation package of $38M, a 946% increase compared to previous year.
Tomer Weingarten, Chief Executive Officer, received $95M in total, which increased by 2,525% compared to 2021. 99% of Weingarten's compensation, or $94M, was in option awards. Weingarten also received $542K in bonus and $472K in salary.
Richard Smith, Jr, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $11M. 94% of the compensation package, or $10M, was in option awards.
Keenan Conder, Chief Legal Officer, earned $7.7M in 2022.
SentinelOne's fiscal year ends on January 31.
