ServiceNow reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 24, 2020.
In 2019, six ServiceNow executives received on average a compensation package of $16M, a 64% increase compared to previous year.
William R. McDermott, Chief Executive Officer, received $42M in total. 48% of McDermott's compensation, or $20M, was in option awards. McDermott also received $190K in non-equity incentive plan, $129K in salary, $20M in stock awards, as well as $1.6M in other compensation.
John J. Donahoe, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $20M, which increased by 23% compared to previous year. 89% of the compensation package, or $18M, was in stock awards.
Chirantan "CJ" Desai, Chief Product Officer, earned $11M in 2019, a 43% increase compared to previous year.
David L. Schneider, President, Global Customer Operations, received $11M in 2019, which increases by 44% compared to 2018.
Michael P. Scarpelli, Chief Financial Officer, earned $9.7M in 2019, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
Patricia Wadors, Chief Talent Officer, received $5.5M in 2019, which increases by 22% compared to 2018.
