ServiceNow reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 22, 2022.
In 2021, five ServiceNow executives received on average a compensation package of $55M, a 302% increase compared to previous year.
William R. McDermott, Chief Executive Officer, received $166M in total, which increased by 560% compared to 2020. 84% of McDermott's compensation, or $139M, was in option awards. McDermott also received $2.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, $23M in stock awards, as well as $2.5K in other compensation.
