Sherwin Williams reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 10, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Sherwin Williams received on average a compensation package of $6.3M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
John G. Morikis, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2019. 37% of Morikis' compensation, or $5.7M, was in stock awards. Morikis also received $3.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.9M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $561K in other compensation.
David B. Sewell, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $4.9M, which increased by 10% compared to previous year. 30% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
Allen J. Mistysyn, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.6M in 2020, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Peter J. Ippolito, President, TAG, received $3.7M in 2020, which increases by 2% compared to 2019.
Mary L. Garceau, General Counsel, earned $3.2M in 2020.
