Shutterstock reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 25, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Shutterstock received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 19% increase compared to previous year.

Steven Berns, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.6M in total, which increased by 23% compared to 2017. 63% of Berns' compensation, or $1.6M, was in stock awards. Berns also received $328K in non-equity incentive plan, $600K in salary, as well as $15K in other compensation.
Martin Brodbeck, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $2.2M, which decreased by 29% compared to previous year. 72% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in stock awards.
Lou Weiss, Chief Marketing Officer, earned $2M in 2018.
Lisa Nadler, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $2M in 2018, which increases by 40% compared to 2017.
Jonathan Oringer, Chief Executive Officer, earned $661 in 2018, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
