Sientra reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 30, 2019.
In 2018, four Sientra executives received on average a compensation package of $2.1M, a 60% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey Nugent, Chief Executive Officer, received $3M in total, which increased by 21% compared to 2017. 46% of Nugent's compensation, or $1.4M, was in stock awards. Nugent also received $846K in bonus, $636K in salary, as well as $140K in other compensation.
Patrick F. Williams, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.9M, which increased by 418% compared to previous year. 78% of the compensation package, or $2.3M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Paul Little, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.3M in 2018.
Charles Huiner, Chief Operating Officer, received $1.3M in 2018, which increases by 34% compared to 2017.
