Sientra reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 28, 2021.
In 2019, four Sientra executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
Jeffrey Nugent, Chief Executive Officer, received $3M in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2018. 36% of Nugent's compensation, or $1.1M, was in stock awards. Nugent also received $687K in non-equity incentive plan, $636K in salary, as well as $600K in other compensation.
Charles Huiner, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1M, which decreased by 22% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $445K, was in stock awards.
Paul Little, Chief Financial Officer, earned $959K in 2019, a 29% decrease compared to previous year.
Oliver Bennet, General Counsel, received $815K in 2019.
