Sientra reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 28, 2023.
In 2022, three Sientra executives received on average a compensation package of $890K, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Ronald Menezes, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.1M in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2021. 45% of Menezes' compensation, or $500K, was in salary. Menezes also received $274K in option awards, $338K in stock awards, as well as $1.2K in other compensation.
Andrew Schmidt, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $856K, which increased by 24% compared to previous year. 57% of the compensation package, or $491K, was in stock awards.
Oliver Bennet, Chief Legal, Compliance and Corporate Development Officer, earned $701K in 2022, a 16% decrease compared to previous year.
