Silicon Laboratories reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on March 14, 2008.
In 2007, six executives at Silicon Laboratories received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 70% increase compared to previous year.
Necip Sayiner, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.9M in total, which increased by 20% compared to 2006. 39% of Sayiner's compensation, or $1.5M, was in stock awards. Sayiner also received $549K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in option awards, $470K in salary, as well as $5.6K in other compensation.
Kurt W. Hoff, Vice President of Worldwide Sales, received a compensation package of $2.4M. 49% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in stock awards.
Gary R. Gay, Former Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, earned $1.1M in 2007, a 44% increase compared to previous year.
Jonathan D. Ivester, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations, received $1.1M in 2007, which increases by 43% compared to 2006.
William G. Bock, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.1M in 2007, a 351% increase compared to previous year.
Paul V. Walsh, Jr, Chief Accounting Officer, received $615K in 2007, which increases by 44% compared to 2006.
Silicon Laboratories' fiscal year ends on January 1.
