Silicon Laboratories reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 9, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Silicon Laboratories received on average a compensation package of $6.9M, a 144% increase compared to previous year.
G. Tyson Tuttle, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 174% compared to 2020. 88% of Tuttle's compensation, or $15M, was in stock awards. Tuttle also received $1K in bonus, $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $672K in salary, as well as $113K in other compensation.

John C. Hollister, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.2M in 2021, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
Sandeep P. Kumar, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations, received $2.8M in 2021, which increases by 64% compared to 2020.
Brandon Tolany, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, earned $2.8M in 2021, a 32% increase compared to previous year.
Silicon Laboratories' fiscal year ends on January 1.
