Amedica reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on October 25, 2023.
In 2022, three Amedica executives received on average a compensation package of $304K, a 22% decrease compared to previous year.
B. Sonny Bal, Chief Executive Officer, received $512K in total, which increased by 6% compared to 2021. 78% of Bal's compensation, or $400K, was in salary. Bal also received $32K in bonus, $62K in option awards, $7.6K in stock awards, as well as $10K in other compensation.
David O'Brien, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $392K, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 77% of the compensation package, or $301K, was in salary.
Bryan McEntire, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $9.3K in 2022, a 97% decrease compared to previous year.
