DDR reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 1, 2020.
In 2019, five DDR executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
David R. Lukes, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.6M in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2018. 65% of Lukes' compensation, or $4.3M, was in stock awards. Lukes also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $850K in salary, as well as $58K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $84,580 at DDR. Therefore, the ratio of David R. Lukes' pay to the median employee pay was 79 to one.
Michael A. Makinen, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.6M, which increased by 32% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Matthew L. Ostrower, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.9M in 2019, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Conor M. Fennerty, Chief Financial Officer, received $965K in 2019.
Christa A. Vesy, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $767K in 2019, a 29% decrease compared to previous year.
