DDR reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 1, 2021.
In 2020, four DDR executives received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
David R. Lukes, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.6M in total, which increased by 29% compared to 2019. 70% of Lukes' compensation, or $6M, was in stock awards. Lukes also received $972K in bonus, $648K in non-equity incentive plan, $865K in salary, as well as $56K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $86,353 at DDR. Therefore, the ratio of David R. Lukes' pay to the median employee pay was 99 to one.
Michael A. Makinen, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3M, which increased by 16% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in other compensation.
Conor M. Fennerty, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.2M in 2020, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Christa A. Vesy, Chief Accounting Officer, received $676K in 2020, which decreases by 12% compared to 2019.
