Skillz reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 1, 2022.
In 2021, seven Skillz executives received on average a compensation package of $20M, a 52% decrease compared to previous year.
Andrew Paradise, Chief Executive Officer, received $75M in total, which decreased by 27% compared to 2020. 94% of Paradise's compensation, or $71M, was in stock awards. Paradise also received $3.8M in bonus, $525K in salary, as well as $257K in other compensation.
Ian Lee, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $23M. 97% of the compensation package, or $22M, was in stock awards.
Vatsal Bhardwaj, Chief Product Officer, earned $19M in 2021.
Casey Chafkin, Chief Revenue Officer, received $9.2M in 2021, which decreases by 59% compared to 2020.
Miriam Aguirre, Chief Technology Officer, earned $7.6M in 2021, a 43% decrease compared to previous year.
Doris Fritz-Bianchi, Head of People, received $2.2M in 2021.
Scott Henry, Chief Financial Officer, earned $926K in 2021, a 96% decrease compared to previous year.
