Snap-on reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 11, 2021.
In 2020, five Snap-on executives received on average a compensation package of $3.5M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.

Nicholas T. Pinchuk, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.9M in total, which increased by 5% compared to 2019. 39% of Pinchuk's compensation, or $3.1M, was in stock awards. Timothy L. Chambers, Senior Vice President and President- Snap-on Tools Group, earned $1.8M in 2020, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
