Snap-on reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 10, 2022.
In 2021, five Snap-on executives received on average a compensation package of $4.2M, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Nicholas T. Pinchuk, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.9M in total, which increased by 24% compared to 2020. 49% of Pinchuk's compensation, or $4.8M, was in stock awards. Pinchuk also received $365K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $74K in other compensation.
Aldo J. Pagliari, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.1M, which increased by 25% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
Thomas J. Ward, Senior Vice President and President- Repair Systems & Information Group, earned $3.1M in 2021, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Anup R. Banerjee, Senior Vice President-Human Resources and Chief Development Officer, received $2.6M in 2021, which increases by 23% compared to 2020.
Timothy L. Chambers, Senior Vice President and President-Snap-on Tools Group, earned $2.3M in 2021, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
Snap-on's fiscal year ends on January 1.
