Snowflake reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 27, 2022.
In 2021, four Snowflake executives received on average a compensation package of $588K, a 98% decrease compared to previous year.
Frank Slootman, Chief Executive Officer, received $751K in total, which decreased by 99% compared to 2020. 50% of Slootman's compensation, or $375K, was in salary. Slootman also received $13K in bonus, $362K in non-equity incentive plan, as well as $708 in other compensation.
Michael P. Scarpelli, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $601K, which decreased by 97% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $300K, was in salary.
Christopher W. Degnan, Chief Revenue Officer, earned $601K in 2021.
Benoit Dageville, President of Products and Director, received $401K in 2021, which decreases by 82% compared to 2020.
Snowflake's fiscal year ends on January 31.
