Snowflake reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on May 27, 2022.
In 2022, four Snowflake executives received on average a compensation package of $606K, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Frank Slootman, Chief Executive Officer, received $775K in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2021. 51% of Slootman's compensation, or $392K, was in non-equity incentive plan. Slootman also received $7.5K in bonus, $375K in salary, as well as $708 in other compensation.
Michael P. Scarpelli, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $620K, which increased by 3% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $314K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Christopher W. Degnan, Chief Revenue Officer, earned $620K in 2022, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Benoit Dageville, President of Products and Director, received $407K in 2022, which increases by 2% compared to 2021.
Snowflake's fiscal year ends on January 31.
