In 2021, four Capnia executives received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Anish Bhatnagar, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.4M in total, which increased by 51% compared to 2020. 86% of Bhatnagar's compensation, or $3.8M, was in option awards. Bhatnagar also received $81K in bonus and $538K in salary.
Patricia Hirano, Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, received a compensation package of $921K, which increased by 3% compared to previous year. 63% of the compensation package, or $577K, was in option awards.
Kristen Yen, Vice President, Clinical Operations, earned $822K in 2021, a 46% increase compared to previous year.
James Mackaness, Chief Financial Officer, received $392K in 2021, which decreases by 45% compared to 2020.
