SomaLogic reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 25, 2022.
In 2021, three SomaLogic executives received on average a compensation package of $8.8M, a 363% increase compared to previous year.
Roy Smythe, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 517% compared to 2020. 87% of Smythe's compensation, or $12M, was in option awards. Smythe also received $627K in non-equity incentive plan, $630K in salary, $595K in stock awards, as well as $13K in other compensation.
Melody Harris, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $6.2M, which increased by 324% compared to previous year. 81% of the compensation package, or $5M, was in option awards.
Shaun Blakeman, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5.7M in 2021.
