SomaLogic reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 25, 2023.
In 2022, five SomaLogic executives received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 51% decrease compared to previous year.
Melody Harris, Chief Operating Officer, received $9.3M in total, which increased by 50% compared to 2021. 94% of Harris' compensation, or $8.7M, was in option awards. Harris also received $359K in salary, $44K in stock awards, as well as $189K in other compensation.
Roy Smythe, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.7M, which decreased by 67% compared to previous year. 57% of the compensation package, or $2.7M, was in option awards.
Stephen Williams, Chief Medical Officer, earned $2.6M in 2022.
Shaun Blakeman, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.5M in 2022, which decreases by 56% compared to 2021.
Troy Cox, Former Executive Chair, earned $2.3M in 2022.
