Sonendo reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 13, 2022.
In 2021, three Sonendo executives received on average a compensation package of $3.1M, a 144% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Sonendo
Michael Smith, Chief Commercial Officer, received $4.1M in total. 80% of Smith's compensation, or $3.3M, was in option awards. Smith also received $122K in bonus, $85K in non-equity incentive plan, $188K in salary, $434K in stock awards, as well as $1.8K in other compensation.
Bjarne Bergheim Chief, Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3.2M, which increased by 121% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in option awards.
Mehrzad Khakpour, Chief Technology Officer, earned $2M in 2021, a 83% increase compared to previous year.
