Kimberly S. Lody, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.8M in total, which increased by 247% compared to 2020. 44% of Lody's compensation, or $2.1M, was in stock awards. Lody also received $1.6M in bonus, $392K in non-equity incentive plan, $739K in salary, as well as $600 in other compensation.
